島根県を中心とした山陰地域に貢献する研究活動の改善の取組み

1.	大田市とのじげおこしプロジェクトに参加 奥出雲薔薇園のローズヒップの機能性開発
2.	島根県産生姜の研究として、出西生姜を取り上げ、その老化細胞除去効果の研究を実施した。また、島根県の技術シーズ育成支援事業にも採択され、地域農家と連携し、未利用部位の有効利用やその機能性開発に貢献した。
