島根県を中心とした山陰地域に貢献する研究活動の改善の取組み

1. 島根大学病院が立地する出雲圏域を中心に進めてきた産学官協同による医工連携を、西部を含めた島根県の広域にわたる共同研究へと発展させた。例えば、西部は浜田市、東部は安来市の企業が参画するオープンイノベーション研究を立ち上げた。
2. 島根大学病院が立地する出雲圏域をさらに拡大して島根県を中心に進めてきた産学官協同による医工連携を、米子市など市長会圏域を対象に研究活動を広げて、複数企業でオープンイノベーション研究を進めた。その結果、じげおこしプロジェクトが立ち上がり、SDGsを推進し、大学発ベンチャー起業の目処が立った。さらに、他の市（大田市、出雲市）でのじげおこしプロジェクトの計画立案につながった。

4. 島根大学病院が立地する出雲圏域をさらに拡大して島根県を中心に進めてきた産学官協同による医工連携を、米子市など市長会圏域を対象に研究活動を広げて、複数企業でオープンイノベーション研究を進めた。その結果、じげおこしプロジェクトが立ち上がり、SDGsを推進し、大学発ベンチャーを起業した。市長会、大田市、出雲市の３つの「じげおこし」プロジェクトの実行責任者となり大きな成果を上げた。
